Thier bursting point is quite high, as they have to be, for the different psi's of all the various communities.
I would make a reasonable guess, and say its at tops, 80-90 psi til bursting point, as this is below your copper plumbing, 120-150 psi. (Maybe higher, or lower, its hard to tell, as they are reinforced nylong, most of the time and the rubber reinforced will be better, of course, cost more, but you get what you pay for)...
You could Google Manufactorers of Garden Hoses and inquire in an Email to them and find out thier "specifics" on that, if you really need them...

There are garden hoses that have a burst strength of even 500 psi.
