My company is having a fire wall where they have blocked words and dnt even allow to mail, message or to open any site .
Just u can check google and company site,can anyone help me tell how to overcome it...

you can't break a firewall specially if the company protects the administration account. maybe ur company allows only another account for the employees and there's such thing as guard protection where in all sites are prohibited aside from sites that can be useful for the company... if ur a hacker u can just go to safe mode and create another account then put off the firewall..
or go to safemode where you can find the administration password.. used dos command....

This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. ( or bypassing a firewall)(even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.

if you aren't able to proxy outside the company network (which, if the network admin is any good, you won't) there is nothing you can do.
