How long did you wait to change your belly button jewlery? How did it go?

I waited the professionally recommended amount of time. I waited until it was healed. It went great. Slid right out and the new one slid right in.

And nomad... naval refers to ships and the shipping industry. navEl is your belly button. It is kind of hard to pierce a canoe.

I 'think' you're asking about naval piercing, since im not familiar with the other words...
It simply depends on if the piercing is well-healed and no longer very painful. A few weeks should be about average, depending on your belly button (that sounds more cute... to me, anyway).
And, it matters how "deep" it is, how much skin the piercing went through.

I waited two months, it hurt a little it took a long time for the redness to go away.I have had my piercing for six years now it doesnt give me any probs at all

I waited 4 months to change it, it went very well.

two weeks and two days later it was infected I had to have it surgically removed then I had to wait untill it healed to get it done again... I waited for almost three months then tried again and I was fine.... it depends on your body, if it is healed it wont hurt youll know
