If you are genuine and serious about this problem and really don't know what to do; have a management, policy and culture audit done of the company, honestly and in true spirit. You will come to know the root cause and can have the remedial course for positive results.

everybody likes to grow as the company grows , i have seen that if an organisation doesnt involve its employer in sharing the growth they will be unhappy , one of the important issure what i have noticed y pple change job is because they want to grow other reason is that they see they dont have much work and they think that the present experience is not use ful. but in ur case it seems like employer has some expectation may be u can give an incentive ,it is beter than a salary hike cause salary hike causes expenditure on him or her every month, but incentive schemes generally inspires ple to work more and both the company and the employer gets the benifit .so u can even arrange prizes for the most effecient in that company and organise a small gett together and in that occasion identify the person and give the prize and tell others about his success story and encourage others, to come up with some ideas and also ask others to prepare for the next prize !!!.the prize may be cash then it is gud, if not a holiday trip for him or her and family is also not a bad idea .It doesnt cost much
dont forget to tell that, organisation need them and at the same time make them realise that how much the organisation care for them !!!

One thing to consider is "internal branding." It seems that just paying them more does not necessarily make them more loyal.

In today's world such employees need to be able to identify with the goals and aspirations of the company. They need to be made to feel that their contributions are important in achieving these objectives (take a look at how proud some employees are to work for their company, like at BMW or Southwest Airlines, for example, and what they do to have such great employee retention rates).

Security is still very important - they need to feel like their position is secure. There need to be opportunities for advancement and they want to take on responsibility and make decisions.

Many young employees are also looking for a job that allows them the flexibility to also "enjoy life," i.e. variable working hours, sabbatical, vacation. Today's employees watched their parents do nothing but work and are generally more concerned with leading not only a productive worklife, but also having time for their families.

I could go on and on, but I recommend picking up one of the many books on employee retention and internal branding to help get this employee fluctuation back under control.

Good luck!

one thing u can do is organizing for meetings often and find out there wants and work according. No wants can be satisfied fully so convience them or make them understand what exactly stops u from doing that.

Work out why they're leaving. Low pay, unhappiness, unfufilled in their job? If you can work out what it is and take action on it your problem is solved most of the time.
