costume ball...yes, I think maybe so. Will there be the little eye masks too? That sounds fun! Your mask should coordinate with the dress...
I would wonder about getting over-warm in such a dress though...

no way! i don't like that dress it's not my type. sorry i'm just being honest. that dress is way to huge and that color is ugly. i would wear a nice slim dress.
