i have completed B.E Civil in 1999 but not exposed to my field as i am too reserved.Right now i am working?

Is there any course such that which will help me to study further i could improve my career.

It will be good if you join some course on computer software like STAAD, AutoCAD, MS-Project, Primavera etc. or you can join M.Tech in civil engineering and select a career in teaching in the college. As you are reserved in nature either choose a job in some consultancy office or go for teaching.
