counsil for makeup?

i'm an italian 14 years old, i've got black hair and green eyes, my skintone is light.
please counsil me a makeup for this summer? which protection have to "wear" at sea?
i hope you understand. sorry 4 my bad english.
if you want counsil me also an hairstyle, my hair are long until over shoulders

as you have green eyes use brown or goldy eyeshadows as this makes your eyes look very pretty.
use maxfactor makeup in warm ivory or a tinted moistuiriser as you are young.
apply a pink or rose coloured blusher to the fullest part of your cheeks and clear lipgloss.
for your hair id recommenend some nice hair accesseories and a good shampoo to keep it sleek like loreal

i think i understand. try the Lancaster brand of sun protection - they also do tinted moisturisers and foundations that also have a high SPF(sun protection factor).
If your skintone is light, to be safe, and especially on your face, don't use anything lower than factor 20. If Lancaster is too expensive, try Loreal's new anti ageing cream for face, neck and hands - it's fantastic as I've just been using it on my holiday.
About your hair, Loreal also do a sun protection spray that you can spray over your head and it protects hair and scalp.

Honey I bet you are just lovely as you are, don't wear all that rubbish. All you need in a suncream with a very high factor to protect your skin.

Try using a tinted moisturers for you face its much more natural looking than makeup all the big brands to them now for your face and your body and spme of them have SPF in them and your hair try just loosly tying it up in the clasp or something the naturla look is very much in

Go for a natural light look. At 14 you don't want to look like a hussy!
If you are at sea, then tie you hair up to prevent knots.
Let your own natural beauty shine through. Minimal make up.

in summer you just need a good sunblocker [better a hat ] and lipgloss ..in the evening you can wear a touch of plale green eyeshadow and a curl of maskara brown
and lip gloss
wear your hair up n the day loose at night
