What did it do to you and how did you cope?

I didn't notice it was happening to be honest, it was subtle at first but gradually got worse. By the time I realised how mean he was, I really had become a 'victim' - and I don't do 'victim'! I had been totally crushed; I had no confidence and very low self esteem. I doubted myself and my sanity. - I couldn't believe I'd allowed this to happen to me.

I took what little energy I had left and I walked away, I never looked back.

And I will never, ever, let another human being treat me like that again.

I have never been a victim of this but I have victimised several girls in the past. I am sorry to say this was my philosophy, but after reflection, I am horrified at the hurt I must have caused. I now have the philosophy of treating people the way I like to be treated.

I would like to meet up with these girls I treated so mean and give them my sincerest apologies. However there were so many I would not know where to begin.

So just to clear my own selfish Conscience heres a BIG SORRY to them all.

SORRY!

I have a low tolerance to be treated badly, so if a girl trys her tricks she just gets shouted at. Anymore and shes gone.

There is no point having a crappy life because someone wants to control you.

No, but I subscribe to this theory having tried other philosophies which did not work - such as "smother them with kindness" and "treat them as equals".
