Security. Ain't no guy gonna hold her interest if he ain't got the way to maker her feel like nothing gonna screw this up.
Attention. You got to let her know that she's the whole reason you go out the house in the mornin' to make a living an' bring it home. A poem, a card, some flowers, those things are nice but those things are easy. She want to know you still think about her when and where it matters.
Attraction. You got to hold your game tight. Keep up the flash and the bling. Keep in shape, keep what attracted her to you in the first place and build on it.
Drama. Don't let her get bored. I don't care what they SAY, they want a little stress, a little bit of head games going on, but not like cheating and lying and spending your money on gambling and liquor. No, drama like being involved in community charity events, prayer groups, or children's outreach. Something where you have more concerns than whether her *** is too big in that dress.
Fun. Love ain't all about work and flirtin' and all that. Its also about just dropping all the concerns once in a great while and enjoying each others company.
Communication. Focus on your relationship really hard four times a year. Ask her to grade your relationship and what you can do to make it a better one. Give honest answers to her questions and don't go volunteering advice to her. Let her ask you for it.

I'm not a girl, but i think that she has no choice but fall in love of her boy friend or husband, and then, she wants like all other girls, " to be 'LA UNE' for them".
By the way, if you CAN leave her alone, you will find that you don't need to ask this question. It's just like two magnets, if you're not in the good direction, you should turn(before her).
IF I'M A GIRL, i would say, your love and your kindness, gifts, houses, cars......moon, sun......kids of beckhams's....but at the very last, YOU(full stop here)
sorry, but it's personnal talking here.

i recognize what your getting at yet in my humble opinion adult males and females persons can't be friends. properly optimistic they're many times friends...sitting down for espresso after class as an social gathering comes lower than this class. yet friendship as spending previous everyday time isn't conceivable. And the following is why: adult males and females persons can't be friends because sex continually comes between them. there'll be a minimum of one among them who will commence wondering about the different one as better than only a chum and that is at the same time as the "friendship" thingy will be over.

Number one is communication. For instance you need to ask this question to the person that you want to have a relationship with.
