pressing print screen will take a screenshot and you can then paste it into another program (i.e. word or paint)

press alt + print screen to copy just the active window and you can then paste it into another program

Hi,

U can take snapshot of monitor u have printscreen button in top row of key board near scroll lock button. press and paste the snapshot in word

You can do this by pressing the "Printscreen" key at the desired moment and going to an imaging utility such as paint and selecting paste from the edit menu.

However more complex screen-shot solutions do exist such as "SnagIt" which is a program that can take screenshots with much higher resolution and more complex options

You can try the traditional way of taking screenshot by pressing the "Printscreen" key, or you may use Free Screenshot Capture instead which allows you to capture screen, annotate screenshot and upload images for sharing.

press the print screen key on your key board. the screenshot is now copied on your clipboard. Now paste it in a new file in mspaint or any other image editing software.

press ALT + PRINT SCREEN and open paint and press CTRL + V or select Paste from edit menu in paint

usually it doesn't need to press ALT with "print screen" key.
I think you should just press it and follow what previuos answerer says.
