I read your question and since you say your fiance is fine the way she is, then you really need to convince her to talk to someone. if she just had a baby, she might be going through post-partum depression and not thinking rationally. you say she's become obsessed over wanting larger breasts, but what if she's ill and she does this and than regrets it? she'll be so distraught, that she'll certainly include you in that blame. you need to make sure that she's in a healthy frame of mind and it doesn't sound like she is.
i'm not aware of anything that really works to enhance breast size, except pregnancy and implants. some women have experienced a larger breast size, while on the pill - but it should not be used for that. there are things on the market like non prescription medications - but there is no real proof that they work. personally, i think it's a gimmick to take your money and prey on those that are vulnerable.
as far as insurance to cover breast augmentation, i doubt if that's covered because it's considered a cosmetic. it would be different if your girlfriend had a mastectomy. some plastic surgeons do offer financing for procedures, but i'm sure that's on approval of credit.
the most important thing right now, is to take your girlfriend to the doctor and make sure she's ok emotionally & mentally. she just had a baby, but she seems overly concerned with her looks. if you love her, you won't want her to make a mistake she'll regret.

Tell her to take CALC PHOS 30C thrice a day half hour before or after meals she will be very pleased with the results and Totally No Side effects or Complications but she will have to take it for some time 2 or 3 months at least. And it will also have a better effect on her health in general.

you can help by massage of the brests, it works but take a while, second is breast feeding even no milk this enlarg the size and you can help too, just practice your life and the days will do the rest.
