OK I am gonna be the only one that says this AFC - THE CLEVELAND BROWNS, and dont laugh they are one of the only teams left in the afc not to goto the superbowl with a heathy winslow and jeravicous and the many other players the have added to their defense they may just sneak in, and the NFC - probably had to pick now Id say THE DALLAS COWBOYS

AFC-Ravens
It sounds like a long shot, but Mcnair was Co-MVP only 2 years ago. and their defense is still as good as ever.
NFC-Giants
Manning is all grown up now that he has a playoff game under his belt. Arrington was a good addition if he can stop being a one man show. Moss was a good addition, and if tiki has another good year this will be a rematch of the super bowl of 2000.
But the Giants will win this time
