Get some good spyware/adware cleaners and clean the junk out of it. You're infected. Google for the good free ones like Adaware SE, Spybot S & D, and Ewido Security Suite. Download, install, update and run them in safe mode (usually tapping the F8 key before the welcome screen appears). Remove all they find. That should help.
