Programming Chips?

Hey, Just wondering what language do programmers use to program Ram Chips, Processors, Graphics cards and things like that?

Your question is not clear but the answer from what i understand is :

designing them : VHDL, Verilog, system C

Loading data on them :
different connection methods (JTAG, USB) can be used. data can then be loaded for that instance with various IDEs. Only on Flash
