It sounds as though you are worrying quite a lot about this, and with the recent publicity of famous personalities having breast cancer this is something that a lot of women are thinking about right now.
In my job, I have to give breast care advice to women at times, and I hope you don't mind me offering some of that advice to you.
Firstly, a little reassurance. Women who are aware of their body and take time to think about these matters are more likely to seek out treatment early enough to have a successful outcome.
You definitely fall into this category. However, you don't want this to be a constant worry.
Check your breasts once a month at the same time. Avoid the times of the month when your breasts are undergoing hormonal changes, like just before a period. Imagine your breast in 4 quarters/segments, and use the flat side of your palm and fingers (not the fingertips) to feel for any unusual/new lumps or bumps. In the shower with soapy hands is often a good time to do this.
Around the central nipple is the areola, and circling this are several little bumps known as Montgomery's Tubercles. It is normal for these to secrete a little oily, milky fluid. This is the nipples natural moisturising system. Sometimes a Mongomery's tubercle will appear withing the areola itself (occassionally quite close to the actual nipple).
Pain in your breasts can also occur at different times during your menstrual cycle.
As you seem quite worried about this and it is unclear whether this discharge is normal, perhaps it would be a good idea to see your doctor or nurse practitioner at your local G.P. surgery.
Once you have been reassured you can worry less about this, and you can ask to be shown in person how to check your breasts properly.
I really hope this helps. Best wishes.

i know your on the pill, but if you havnt been taking it as you should there is still a possibility you could be pregnant ,if you have had sex. Do a test anyway to rule it out. i had discharge from my breasts when i was pregnant, as i'm sure a lot of women do.

I think it has nothing to do with cancer. It may be due to hormonal imbalance. You may have higher prolactin levels
