I had a similar injury a few times before (dropped an alarm clock on my big toe and then ran over my own foot vacuuming) and I ended up just pulling it off because it is going to catch on something unless you wrap it up in a bandage. If it is more attached than not then try just trimming most of the nail off except for the part connected. The more it grows out it may get easier to pull off.

It looks like a fungus an infection, get some medincine on the drug to work out if the subject transformations. additionally, in step with probability it is your footwear are too tight for the pinky toe to get stress. placed on turn flops to enable your toe nail have some room to strengthen back

It will obviously come off. Let it come off on its own i.e.let it come out naturally and do not pull it out. else it will swell and will take around a months time to heal. Be Patient. Rest would be fine.

let it come off- it should grow back. I smashed/ tore a finger nail and it fell off and it grew back...keep it clean and free of infection and you should be ok...
