Some times it takes time to deliver email, unlike some people's idea of instant the mail servers take time sending and receiving mail. Of course if you don't get the email you both should make sure you have your email addresses correct. Good luck!

There might be many reasons buddy, and we can help you much in this, as we dont have detailed info about it, ask your cousin whetehr he ahs rcvd any mail deliever failure notices in his inbox or not, if its the case then mail bounced back, more over also check you Junk mail folder. i am assumin you are using web based mail and not official email add, as Work emails has quota limit set, and if it is full, mails will bounce, moreover if attachment are there, corporate firewalls block it, so let us know what mail account is it, if its work email then there are many reasons, also check the mail account on website and not on your mail client, hope that helps

Ask him if it has been returned by the mail demon as undeliverable if not send him a mail to make sure the address you gave him is correct cos I myself is pretty useless at writing down addresses or just get him to send you a blank mail to make sure you receive it as a start

Just use a different address. Some might block is as spam, or perhaps he is mistaken.
