Such a tough choice !!!! Why do you taunt us with such difficult questions? lets see Westlife or Boyzone???? Hmmmmmm. Boyzone or Westlife???? hmmmmmmmm. Maybe I can rephrase the questions:

Neither of them but if there was a gun to my head and i had to choose i would probally go for westlife solely on the fact that boyzone led ronan keating to a (terrible) solo career.

very interesting question which i'm glad you asked. we have one bunch of talentless half wits pitted against another. i would have to say neither has the right to call themselves a band and have nothing to contribute to music. i think they should be sent to iraq to do a bit of active service armed only with a microphone, miming techniques and the ability to dance badly. then again they could be put into a gladatorial arena and left to fight to the death, then your question would be answered
