Just tell her that you are there for her if she ever needs someone to talk to. That its okay to feel upset and cry if thats what will make her feel better. But also remind her that life goes on. She sounds really young to have lost her virginity (most kids are these days).... and she might not have been emotionally ready for something like that. She may feel confused about why this guy who seemed to love her so much while they were in bed together left her. Just be her shoulder to cry on and her ear to whine to. You are an AWESOME friend. I only hope that my friends would care this much if I ever felt so bad.

The only way you can make her feel better is to change the past. You can't do that, so don't try. It isn't your job to make her feel better. Your job is to care and to listen, and to feel bad with her. She isn't supposed to feel better yet. The reason she feels bad is because she made a mistake. That bad feeling is her conscience trying to teach her something. She needs to feel bad about it for a time so that she can learn from her mistake. When she has learned from her mistake, then she will be able to stop feeling quite so bad about it. If she never learns from her mistake, then she will never stop feeling bad. Instead, she'll try to stop feeling anything at all. She'll keep repeating her mistake, and she won't want to be your "friend" unless you follow her. Don't go there! Also, don't try to teach her what the lesson from this mistake is. She needs to learn from her mistake, not from her friend.

Don't try to make her feel better yet. Encourage her to cry about it. Hold her while she cries. Cry with her. When she's cried herself dry, she'll be ready to learn from her mistake, and she'll love you forever because you were there for her in her time of need.

And don't tell ANY of your other friends about this! Friends don't gossip about friends. If she does it again, or if she misses her next period, then take her to her parents RIGHT AWAY and make sure she tells them. If she won't tell them, you must because she needs their help and guidance. That is not betrayal. That is caring more about her well-being than you do about your own comfort, and that is what true friends do. But don't tell anyone else!

It is something that happened, and she cannot take it back, but she can prevent such things from happening again. In the future, she should choose her partners more carefully and it won't happen again. She should leave this bad experience behind her, and smartly move forward. And also, losing virginity is not such a big deal (if she is upset that it happened on her 'first time').

The sky was weeping at departing droplet. Who knows it may fall in the mouth of an oyster and turn into a beautiful pearl. That is the destiny.

Just tell here its done and over with, and she will find someone better. She cant get it back, but she just has to move on from this experience.

Tell her to keep her head up;
she made a bad decision and she has to let it go.
It was something she chose to do...so why regret it afterwards.

She got what she wanted and now it's time to move forward.

...and learn from her mistake...not keep it inside - ignoring it.

Tell her that guy is an ***, as much as I would want to lecture her about being too young, focus on that guy being a jerk and he didn't deserve her.
