It hurts for males to "tuck it in" when they sit and pee on most toilets.

Also, if the male has a "morning stiffy," it is near impossible to tuck it in.

Public toilets are disgusting; it's better to stand, than make contact with the slimey seat.

It's also fun to watch the stream of pee hit the bowl and water and make different sounds.

It also cleans the bowl (for disgusting toilets).

If a woman tries to stand and pee, she can't control her "stream" of liquid, and it would go all over.

Scientifically, it would be easier for males to stand when they pee because of the characteristics of what they have. Can you imagine a man sitting down while peeing? They'd be washing their face with urine. Can you imagine a woman standing while peeing? They migh as well be bathing with urine too. You can experiment on doing such things to get the best answer.

Because females can't stand and pee without causing a mess. Some males have penises large enough that if they were to sit it'd be sitting in the water.

Why don't you try to pee while standing? I mean, womens get mess if they pee standing becuse of the direction of their urine squeeze uncontrollable, while the man can control its direction and also we will able to pee by sitting as we sit down in a toilet bowl!Make an experiment and you will see the conclusion,it is a matter of law of gravity!

Man can sit for peeing but it appears they enjoy the range - and their toilets are designed for standing position - thereby making it part of the habit; for ladies it may spill over to their legs if they do it standing.

Because women can't manipulate the way the pee comes out. Men are more flexible in that area.
