Neither shoe is really suitable for marching round a town all day but they are so popular with women. Why girls, why?

I don't wear high heels or slapping flip flops because they hurt my feet. I'm going from 6 am till 11 pm at night and those shoes just don't cut it for comfort. My sister on the other hand wears heels all the time and she has to spend a lot of time doing stuff to her feet because it makes them look nasty over time. I like a dressy sneaker for most days and a small 1/2 inch heel for dressier days. If my feet aren't happy I'm a real ***** to be around so I solve that with comfy shoes no matter what the fashion is.

i dont march around wearing heels or flip-flops, i never even wear flip-flops, usually sneakers. and anyway heels have been popular scince the late 1900's some women then wore no other footwear, and they also serve as the first choice for dress shoes, because they look, "more refined" you dont see women wearing combat boots at restaurants do you? but i am not sure about flip-flops, infact, no one is sure what makes something fasionable. maybe fashions are created because people dont want to be left out of the mass majority. maybe we feel we HAVE to wear those shoes because other women are wearing the same thing. and by the way, maybe youd get better answers if you posted this question in the fasion and accesories category where it belongs.

If what you are performing is not working then it's about time you get that to another level with assistance from an individual who has been around your sneakers and perfected the artwork of attracting and seducing women, Joshua Pellicer and the responses you will see in his book Tao of Badass here https://tr.im/MoBrp .
Joshua Pellicer is just a dating skilled, who reveals men all the secrets behind finding the woman they wish to get and Tao of Badass is an on-line program that attempts showing men getting any pretty and warm woman they desire.
With this brilliant manual you will also get six bonuses, including the internet video Human Body Language Mastery, along side three free bonus books.
The many films will also be exemplary, specially the Human body Language Mastery series. These contain some good data that most men simply do not know about. When you do know, however, you'll question the method that you got by without it.

I've NEVER worn high heels or flip flops.

High heels damage your feet and are impractible. And they make the wears look real tarts.

Flip flops do not stay on your feet. Flip flop wears do not realise how stupid they look when they are cycling.

Give me a pair of trainers/lace up shoes and I'm happy. Before anyone asks I am a 32 year old female.

Personally I like to wear comfortable shoes, heels are for when I dress up smart . Foot wear wise I am currently wearing a pair of Merrell sandals securley strapped to my feet, all the openness of flip flops but no clopping and they aren't going to fall off!

Oh, flip-flops are great for marchin round town all day, beleive me! They may be noisy, but my feet feel best in them. I find sneakers/ walking shoes really uncomfortable, painful, in fact - must be my feet's fault, most people can't seem to get enough of those - but flip-flops are just fine.

And you know, some high-heels are very, very comfortable for waking too.

I don't use flip flops, they look so lame and cheap. It shouldn't make a noise though, unless your gf walks like a slob. But high heels are sexy, so even if they make noise I wear them:p I let other people bear with the noise of heels:p

I often ask myself this question. I find it so difficult to find shoes as they are all impracticle. Narrow pointy toes, heels too high, straps too thin and hardly hold your foot in. I agree with you totally. I would hate to see what state these women's feet will be in in 25 years time. Full of bunions and calouses i think. Your feet are important as if you damage them your whole body is affected, back pain, posture etc.
