I think you are old enough to wear one rite. Now only ask is it too late? Or you dont wear one until now. I can advice you, if you really is a girl, you can go to those place that sell bra like ERO they will tell you the right way to wear one. How I know this? Well I went to one of them with my wife and they show her the right way to wear one and even advice the right type of bra for her.

The typical bra latches from the back. Slide one arm in, and place the respective cup over that breast. Repeat with the other side. Flexibly move your hands over your back and latch the bra. Use a mirror if necessary.

I don't any more because my breasts are very small (barely making 34 a) so I just wear camisoles. You can't tell if I am wearing a bra or not.

my ex flipped it upside down then latched it from the front and turned it around and stuck her arms through the straps
