There is a myriad of temping agencies out there who look for students wanting work over the summer. If you're UK based it's best to start with some of the nationally renowned ones with offices all over like Office Angels, Randstad, Pertemps etc.

Go in, sign up, tell them what you're good at. You'll probably have a typing test, a test on excell and a few other bits and pieces but, presuming you're a university student looking for work in the holidays, you won't have any problems with any of those.

Always keep in touch with them and keep on thier backs. They're paid to find you work, and they get money out of you being paid so they should do everything they can for you.

P.S. Never work for McDonalds, they are the worlds most barbaric and destructive company, them and Nestle!
