diet, exercises. Two much sit ups are not going to help you with this. The sit ups will build the muscles under the fat in your tummy but your stomach will not lose it's fat, not enough where it will make a difference anyway. The best thing to do is to exercises to burn the fat, like running, speed walking, any type of cardio will do for 20min intense for 3 days a week or 30-40 min for 5-7days a week. It is a myth though that doing a lot of sit ups burns belly fat. You can only see the results of a lot of cardio if you have very little fat on your stomach in the first place, then the sit ups help to maintain that 6 pack, however if you have a large stomach, they only thing that will work besides lipo suction is cardio and diet, if you are doing that already and no results then it might be excessive loose skin. Sometime if you continue to work out overtime and diet the skin will get tight; however that is not always the case because for some people it is genetics, and they will have to get the skin removed by a doctor. Good luck.

Exercise is the best and the safest way to flatten and tone your tummy.

The lower abdominal region is a very tough area to develop and remove excess fat from. It comes down to really focusing on three main areas:

1. Extremely clean diet. You need to really focus on eliminating all of the empty calories from your nutritional plan. Stick with lean protein (chicken breast, egg whites, turkey breast and fibrous, non-starchy carbs throughout most of the day. Starches can be eaten before your workout and early to mid-morning but should be cut by 5pm. Fibrous carbs should contain mostly vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, yellow squash, green beans, zucchini, etc.

2. Switch up your cardio. Try cardio cross training to add a shock to your body and start burning more fat. Make sure to mix in low-intensity with high-intensity sessions. Here is a great article to read for cardio crosss training:

3. Abs exercises with that really blast your stomach. Focus on these ab exercises below for the lower area of your abdominal region:

Hanging Leg Raises
Seated Flat Bench Leg Pull Ins
Exercise Ball Crunches

you will have to wait till your body heals it's self before you attempt anything,... You should consult your doctor at your earliest opportunity. Or else you could suffer internal injuries.

Otherwise, there is the expensive way or the cheap way,...
Fact is the cheap way is actually the best - that is good old fashioned hard work and persistence.

Take Brooke Burke for example, you know she looks like a twenty something, but did you know she's already had two girls of her own, and she has those looks too (shes really much much older than she appears).
