From Bangkok to landline in India 001+91+area code + telephone number. Every time I dial 001+91+985.....(0019198........) mobilephone number most of the time it says the number is not valid. Should I dial 001+91+098........ (0019198........)? Please help me.

India's International code is 91 so you can dial as

0091 or
+91

no u don't need the +1(this is the US/Canada's country code so obviously it makes ur number invalid)....dial 0091(India's country code) + the area code (do not add the 0) + the landline number...so lets say if u have to call the landline number XXXXXXXX in Delhi (whose area code is 011), you will dial it as 0091-11-XXXXXXXX...on the other hand with a mobile number XXXXXXXXXX just dial 0091-XXXXXXXXXX...since all indan numbers are being changed to always have 10-digits (inclusive of the area code), you will usually have 10 digits after the 0091

Just put 0091 or +91 for country code and continue with the Indian number.
