Last year i was only 45kg but this year i;m 48 kg.. Haiz pathetic lol.. (I'm 1.60m)
Ladies will never get satisfied with their weight, no question on this! When u were 50kg, u will want to reduce to 47kg; when u were 47kg, u will try to reduce to 45kg. This is just out nature.
Me also now trying to get back to 45kg! Quite hard, always getting hungry.. If i starve myself, i will get scolded by my b/f loxz.

But i will never give up this thought, I WANT MY 45KG BACK!!!

48kgs is underweight. You should be happy you put on the extra weight. I bet you look a lot healthier and happier!

It all depends on your habitat and age. Maintain constant diet, go for walk regularly, practice exercises. you will definetely come down to 48. Good luck.

hey reduce 10 more and u can be used for skeleton study!!
who told people like skinny girl!! why are girls like this!!
they dont know what is good for them they do just for others!!
you should have normal weight then only you are healthy,
only more than 60 is overweight for a girl!!

Wanna to reduce your weight, just try to go in sauna in extra warm winter clothes :) and dont drink anything

did u try yoga? That works for me.And dun eat fatty food.Eat more vegetable.....Oh ya! drink soy.Good luck

It depends how old are you and how high are you. Maybe its normal. With age you get kg.
