Some people can keep growing into their early 20's. You might be one of those people. But if your body is finished growning, then it's finished. You can't just start getting your body's cells to begin dividing again.
You can maintain your skeletal structure longer by making sure that you get lots of calcium and protien. I like to make a milkshake out of nonfat plain yogurt, 1% milk, banana and peach...it's a calcium and protien bomb. Plus I toss in a scoop of Green Vibrance(tm) to add a day's worth of green vegetable nutrition.

You could go check with your doctor and take an x-ray and see if your growth plates are still open.
If they are open, eat healthy ... eat a balanced meal of protein, carbohydrates, and fats and combine with moderate anaerobic and aerobic exercises daily. Never do too much exercise or eat too much food though. That won't help. Everything in moderation is better.
If anything, make sure you get some yogurt into your diet. It's better than milk for calcium.

There's nothing to improve...there's nothing wrong with 5'7", ever hear of a guy named Spud Webb? The guy was 5'6" and could dunk a basketball! Just be the best person you know how to be and height won't be an issue!

Good Posture helps, hanging upside down by your ankles, keeps your back stretched out. ( helps on the posture part). alot of boots are now in style and are made with thick soles " it gives you height" and wear hats it also gives the appearance of height.
Good Luck
5'7'' is really not bad. The average woman is 5'5- 5'6'' and 5'7'' for a woman is kinda tall and I cant see her wanting to be taller, so... 5'7'' for a guy is really ok.
