See a doctor NOW...Don't wait like i did. It is better to get checked than to have fetal distress, and your baby swallow maconium.. GO TO ER...PLEASE?!?

Well it sounds to me that you may be in the early stages of labor, or it may be false labor. I went through that for a week before I had my son. If all goes well for you today and it is not labor you really need to make a plan with your husband on what to do if he is not home when you go to have the baby. No close neighbors and no car. Maybe you should go get a pre-paid cell phone when he gets home. In any case you might have to flag someone down driving on your road if you are truely in labor and no one around to help you. Good luck and let us no how you make out.

Having low back pains is normal for a pregnant woman. However, since you're a few days away from your due date, I suggest you seek the help of a midwife or a medical professional. Don't you have your mother with you or perhaps some relatives who know something about labor cramps?

Stay calm...the last thing to do now is to put baby in destress. Drink fluids, walk lots....COUNT your contractions, how far appart are they?If it gets like 5mins- 3mins then you'd better get an ambulance. If it's like 15mins or so, you're stil fine for 5-8 hours. How long have the pains been there?Dont be foolish and worry now, u need to stay very calm for the sake of that child

If you have a close neighbor go there. I'm assuming you have dsl since you have internet but no phone. Do a search for emergency sservices in you area, many times you can basically call 911 from the internet

Any contractions yet?
Are they less than 5 mins apart?
IF they are, Call your OB/GYN, let them know you are in labor!
Has your water broke?
Have you had your "bloody show" yet?

Do you feel like you are in labor? Cramping, low back pain etc?

Have you been "nesting", cleaning alot more than normal?

KEEP WALKING AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Stretching works also for back labor! Do DEEP SQUATS!

Drink lots of water!

KEEP WELL HYDRATED!!!

Being so close to your due date, I would say your having back labor, call your doctor or go to the emergency room.

Call your doctor, sounds like the beginning of labor.

if it a constant pain, lay on the couch and put your feet over the arm rest, if it comes and goes its labor, and i hate to tell you, back labor is much worse

nothing to help you with...jus take some medicine if you can. Stay off your feet. You'll soon be in so much pain, you'll laugh at how worried you are about this pain later
