Musing...let us attempt to correlate or compare a string and its 6 or 7 or how many dimensions or levels to say a single star with it's own levels and dimensions, fields of influence. Since the universe is infinite in expanse and strings are (almost) infinitely small can a somewhat valid comparison be made here? I hope I am making this leap vaguely comprehensible....

I'm not an expert in the field. I'm math, but I enjoy reading up on string theory. I'm not quite sure the logical connections you are trying to create, but a string doesn't have multiple dimensions, it NEEDS those multiple dimensions (which string theory claims exist all around us) to create the vibration patterns which in turn determine what type of particle the string will be, or more specifically, what physically measurable traits the string will exhibit.

You should also consider the Yarrock Theory in that matter, very complementary and useful alongside String Theory dimensions.

You are definitely on the right track, with this comparison, towards a broader understanding of how Everything works.
