My ob/gyn told me caffeine (in small amounts) won't have any long term health effects on your baby. He said I was allowed one 6-ounce cup of regular coffee per day, and that I had to drink an extra glass of water to make up for the diuretic properties of the caffeine. You can, however, have all the decaffeinated coffee you want.

Sure you can but don't drink on a regular basis and be sure it's not too strong. You're on your 7 month right? There's nothing to worry about. However, if you're not sure, consult your OBgyne.

I can't imagine why you can't unless your doctor told you not to. Even having a very very occasional drink isn't bad for the baby as long as your doctor clears it.
