All of the states, because it is the lifeblood of the government which cannot exist without taxes.

All states have taxes in some form or another. Most are property and sales taxes.

The majority also have state income tax. It is easier to say how many do NOT have a state income tax...

Seven states have absolutely no state income tax, and two more only tax interest and dividend income.

Some states dont. I am not sure of all of them but for example, Oregon does not have an income or sales tax.

All states have taxes. It is usually "income tax" that is different. In Texas we have no income tax but have property and sales tax.

Nevada and Texas do not have Income Tax. Nevada for sure and Texas for US military folks who are not living there but claim Texas as our home of record.
