Sorry, there is no longer such a term in English.

"askoxford.com" answers the question "Is there a collective term for 'nieces and nephews'?" thus:

"No, though it would be very useful. In fact nephew used to be used regardless of sex, but this usage is long extinct. Older use of the word cousin for a range of blood relations would have encompassed nephews and nieces, but no specific term is now available."

actally wouldn't they be siblings(if they have the same parents) or cousins (if they dont) to each other?

Realistlty i think the anwer to your question is that no there isn't a special term for that.

Wow, I don't think there is a name for it. I've never thought of that before. There isn't a collective name for Uncles and Aunts either.
