Suicide bombers don't they make you sick in your heart?

What upsets me the most is that these same people are often complaining and criticizing the Western world for hurting "innocent" lives. We are often accused by these fundamentalists for not respecting human life, and thus we are often considered "infidels" and not children of god. Ironic, ain't it?

People murder and mutilate others all the time. Yet suicide bombers are scarier to us because we cannot identify with them at all. We cannot understand their cause or their reason. Go watch ‘Paradise Now.’ It is an Oscar nominated foreign film made by a bunch of Israelis for Palestine. Then go watch ‘Arna's Children.’ This was a documentary. And again, this was made by Israelis about Palestine. (As shocking as it may seem to you all there are Israelis who are against the way Palestinians are treated.) Both these productions will help you see that even suicide bombers are humans with their causes and reasons.

Scarier than a suicide bomber to me is the mother who drowned her five children in a bath tub and was recently found "not guilty."

To answer your "provoking" question, I would say that : bombers, murderers, killers,.....whichever way you want to put it, they all come in a different shapes, but the only common thing between them is : " Motive " !!!
wouldn't you say that slaughtering over 600 people in Lebanon by Israel murder ? Of which at least 350 innocent children were butchered,in an excuse to free 2 captured soldiers !!! I would say that is no less damage than the suicide bombers,and it does make me sick in my heart.

Would you not sacrifice your life for what you believe in? In no way do I condone their actions but when has america not done the same? We have killed many innocent through are bombings is America called sick? Some of the actions America has commited are for what goverment belives is right (not the war in Iraq though that was a lie). When what you beliefs ask you to sacrifice all you have would you not do it?

Suicide and murder are mortal sins and with no time to pray for forgiveness they will truly be going to the bad place. I'm on bible thumper but i no a god does exist, so let him sort them out. Its just a shame so many have to suffer.

All violence makes me sick in my heart. Especially when it costs lives. The fact that there are so many people out there who think that brutality is the only way to solve their problems is one of the saddest conditions of human kind.

Beach bum the person that answered above should be examined by psychiatric authorities. ANYONE... ANYONE who thinks that these people are brave and should be admired for their actions obviously falls far short of having any right to be walking the streets. What goes through my mind is how horrible does that person's life have to be that they would consider doing something like that and take their own life in the process. They must be utterly without hope.

The opposite. While I do not agree with their actions, I give them respect for their dedication and belief in their cause. We used militias during the American Revolution... not much difference.
