Here is the problem, if I get marry soon, I want a family right away because I am in my late 30s.
How can I keep a family and my job when my boss will not allow me more than 2 weeks of vacation?
Basically, I need more time off to have the first child. What should I do?

You have to determine what means most to you. If your boss won't compromise, then you may have to make some hard decisions.

Children are awesome and worth every moment. Jobs come and go and your dream job today might not be your dream job tomorrow.

What will you regret the most when you are 50 years old? Not having children or having them and not having a career? It's a personal choice.

A. Don't have kids.

B. If you live in the US, do a little research on the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Life is about give and take compromise. You will have to look inside and see what is truly important to you. Sacrifice and growth go hand in hand.

It sucks, but everyone has to go through it.
