It's called Samuri Deeper Kyo. I haven't seen the ending of the series yet because I haven't seen the anime, and the english manga isn't there yet.

I'm not sure, but i may be able to find out the answers for the manga series if i go to tokyopop and i look up the manga book as far as it goes to, and surprisingly there is 32 manga books.

Yeah, sure i wathced it long time ago. The ending is not same as manga ending, the story is different from the manga i think (i'm not read the manga)
the enemy is defeated (i forget the name) on the fight in Tokyo Tower (believe me! it real) their open a door to future maybe.
