I don't think its classed as a disability its called touretts syndrome when he feels stressed out he cannot help saying what he fells and because he is stressed he swears, hope that helps. If you notice that when he concentrates on stuff he never ticks (i think thats what they call it when they have an outburst) By the way he is an absolute top bloke, i just hope that Richard does not go before Pete, he is Petes rock.
