If you are visiting the east coast:
Delaware No Sales Tax
Massachusetts (boston) ( about 5%) and they have no tax on essential things. Check their website
West coast:
Oregon NO Sales Tax

Delaware has no state sales tax. It has other taxes. But if you are shipping something to a place where a store has no branch, then there is no sales tax. For example, if you buy something in NYC and send it to Virginia where that store has no branch, then there is no sales tax. Similar for some things on the internet. Ask where you shop if they will ship to the UK.

Pennsylvania has no tax on certain items (other than food). It also has a huge shopping area in Sharon which is near Pittsburg. I think the state has no sales tax at all.

Delaware is the only state with no taxes. Everyone else has state taxes.
