Whoa! i had a lot of these what people should do is make yourself happy do stuff with people go to the mall movies or just do your hobbies do stuff that you only like keep your mind of things that make you have your unwanted emotions and try to forget what that was happening

Depends on how strong the emotion is. You might want to drink a slushy really fast and get brain-freeze. You'll be so focussed on that pain that you'll forget your emotional pain for a while. When your brain thaws out you may be able to look at it objectively. Then you can analyze how you feel, why you feel that way, why you want to feel different, and then how to feel different.

I tend to tackle it head on...isolate myself, give into it (even for a few seconds) and then take control of it. I don't let my emotions rule my life.

I keep looking at it and try to understand why I have it. Then I try to find the reasons why I don't want it. After that I repeat this until the feeling has subsided, or at least until I can block it when I have to.

First i knock them to the ground and i squish them...The i put them in the garbage disposal and flip the switch.
Im emotional dead, so i have no unwanted ones :)
