Hell yeah the sun is happy to give us life. it likes to see all the hot ladies on the beach walking around in tiny binikis. exposing their nice woo woo's and hoo hah's. the sun is more than happy to burn just to see them.

Im not sure the sun really cares about us all that much. its probably concentrating more on keeping in step with the rest of the stars orbiting the center of the galaxy.

Good ol' Sun hasn't voiced any complaints in the infinite quatri-trillion or so years of it's existance yet: and I don't see such happening anytime soon.
