It is not uncommon. There is often increased blood flow to the entire genital area, which can make the labia look darker or a different color than usual. It's nothing to worry about.

LOL... I never noticed... My belly got in the way....I was lucky to see my toes..=) My Nipples did change to a darker color which is normal for pregnant moms.

hormones can do lots of things when you are prego. they are sometimes weird. ask your doctor.
