I would think that you could harvest just about any secreted protein that the cells were engineered to make. Usually a bioreactor will keep the cells and any high molecular weight protein in one compartment but allow free diffusion of low molecular weight molecules to a larger compartment to allow nutrients in and waste out. So, you end up with a high concentration of your secreted products in the one (smaller) compartment.

I've used these for production of a lot of antibody from a hybridoma, but I suppose you could use it for any secreted product over a certain molecular weight.
