i have changed my number in the last month but i am again recieving prank calls. How do I find out whose calling me incase its a weird person i might know?
I receive several calls throughout the day on my home phone land line and my mobile phone, when i answer the caller usually hangs up. or how do I block this number from calling me again?

did u try calling your phone company's customer services? Maybe they can help you out with that. Since I've experience the same thing with telemarketers. I got the number block, also just make sure that you keep a record of what time they call you. So when you tried calling your telephone company's customer care services you could provide that additional information. Hope that helps.

Contact the nuisance call adviser line 0800 661 441. It is a criminal offence to make a malicious call and callers can be prosecuted. They can work with the police to trace calls.

if you are with BT you can have the option of blcoking calls from people who withheld their number, they will get a recorded message that you do not accepts withheld numbers. or if it happens too often and you know when its going to happen, put the music at full blast and put the phone near the speaker, the calls will stop very soon.
