Censorship merely drives another form of creativity - finding ways of eluding the imposed censorship. Creativity begins in the mind...which cannot be censored...

The lack of imagination and ability is the antithesis of creativity. Cesorship is the power to prevent the use or display of creativity. You can still create with censorship you just cant show it to certain people or in certain venues.

Censorship is usually only applied when the creator of the piece lacks the originality and vision to create a worthwhile piece and descends into gratuitous violence, sex or profanity. If they lack the intelligence to do that then there is a good reason for censorship.
Please do not seek to confuse the need to prevent such unthinking rubbish by suggesting censorship is wrong.
