In Physics, "mechanics" is the discipline that deals with movement of particles, fluids, gasses and solid bodies. In mechanics, the forces that cause these movements are generally taken for granted. As opposed to electro-magnetic field theory etc. that deal with explaining the forces. A "mechanical phenomena" is a somewhat loose term that you would rarely hear a phycisist use, but it probably refers to phenomena that can be explained in terms of the mathematically simple forces, such as electro-statics, gravitation and collision. As opposed to phenomena that involve more difficult to grasp physics such as magnetic waves or quantum effects. A non-phycisist might think of "mechanical" phenomena as everything that can be explained by simple mechanisms, such as the automatic closing of your eyes when an object approaches them, as opposed to the conscious decision to close your eyes.
A dynamic phenomena is a phenomena that involves movement or other change of state, such as a wave, or a chemical equilibrium in which one compount is changed into another while the second is changed back to the first one at the same rate. As opposed to "static" phenomena, in which the forces cancel each other out so there is no movement or change of state.
