He had his moments but he worked in a harsh environment and was very misunderstood. I can completely sympathise, but one could say that I had it easy compared to him - I had to deal with a man spliced with a house-cat and a couple of colourful atheletes, he had to face the (self-named) Masters of the Universe.

Since retiring he has slowed considerably and spends a lot of time reflecting, as we all do. I spoke to him at Christmas and he was OK - we shared a joke about He-Man's haircut and he took the p*** out of my embalmed shin condition. I suggested Yahoo Answers as a means for exercising his brain and he said he would think about it.

Skeletor was obviously an ineffective leader. He kept employing the same minions who failed time and again and never completely reached his objective of eliminating He-Man and taking over.

I would say yes.... because even though many of his plans never came to fruition he always maintained control and never once had to deal with any attempts to take power away from him by his subordinates. his failures never seemed to be the result of bad leadership unlike Cobra Commander, Skeletor's failures came during the successful impelmentation of his plan ala interference from He Man and his medelsome friends!!!!!!!
