evacuate or call the police! It may be taht some of your neighbors don't want you around. Stay in places or neighborhoods where more Kerpals live. Maybe they're harrassing you because they discriminate Or they're just playin around with the new guy. Wait after a month first before leaving.

A very old joke I am 48 years old and my GRANDFATHER would tell stories about people doing it. I can't believe that it is still going on. Just pour water on it and throw it out they will get tired of the game sooner or later. Who knows they might even grow up

Most likely, it is meant for the previous occupant. However, it might be someone trying to drive you out. I would contact police and maybe even a newspaper. If the culprits realize that they may be charged with a hate crime, they might stop.
