I am trying to find the name or any information about a very old tv series. In Spain I think the name was "investigacion" (investigation), and the first time aired was about 1974. The stories in all episodes were very similar,a guy investigating murders or illegal cases, he always have a sort of necklace hanging amulet, that was in fact a mini tv, that transmitted information and chemical analysis to a central base, where his fellows analyzed, and report back to him conclusions or orders.
I think the tv series was british or american, but not sure
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could it be Danger Man / Secret Agent? That series was full of then-futuristic high-tech gadgets.
Starred Patrick McGoohan, who also starred in The Prisoner.
I think the first run was in UK in mid- to late-1960's. You may have gotten repeats later in Spain.
