I've heard that if you go on a diet your breasts are the first things that will be reduced in size. You probably won't shrink but if you want your breasts to grow larger I suggest you wear a padded bra, there are also some creams that will increase breast growth in a matter of days/ weeks. There's always a chance of you going to a beauty- hospital to get your breasts growing but I do not advice iet. Besides it's better to be happier with what you have:who wants to look like you're carrying to water melons ( big breasts are not a very pretty sight)

(www.wikipedia.org) is a great encyclopedia. It might help when you want info on breasts etc.
And don't worry: I'm sure your breasts aren't shrinking: never heard of it. Otherwise I suggest you visit a doctor (a woman if you want to be more comfortable)

Eating chicken will not make your breasts grow. Nothing will except for putting on weight. Be happy with what you have got. Love yourself and others will love you. Also, sleeping without a bra will do nothing except give you a more comfortable nights sleep!

Just rub them around in a circular motion and eat plently of veggies.
Lol I wish I could give you some of the fat from mine! I'm a 54 DD and its hard as heck finding a bra that fits I have to buy etections.

if u want ur boobs 2 grow then take Prenatal pills. (they also help u get pregnant so be careful unless u just want to get pregnant.) and dont wear bra's that completely cover ur boobs up - that makes ur boobs look smaller. wear a bra that hits right above ur niple - like a "push up" bra - and make sure it has a under-wire in it cuz that help "lift up"

The only way to make your boobies look like they grew by shoving the chickens in your bra.
I just don't sleep with my bra because it is uncomfortable.

omg i got very small boobies too but i eat chicken almost everyday (just cuz i love it) but mine never grew, i drink lots of milk too but still they havent grow. i dont really mind tho now as long as ur healthy let ur boobies b as small. dont kick them dat will only hurt u. mayb a little prayer will do it but defintly not chicken. (i kno boobies is d first thing most guys look for but sum guys told me its not all about them. the butt is all wrk on the butt cuz if ur boobies grow they will only hurt ur back :)

your boobies will grow no matter what you do except maybe starve yourself...
they're not gonna "shrink" unless you lose weight...
lose the NT bra- guys will NEVER want to put their hands under one of THOSE!!!
