Even if you play fantasy football, you will reach a time were you will eventually lose interest and as long as you continue to live, you can not run away from ageing, its part of the moving on of time. My advice is, play while you still can, enjoy the game when u still have the time and ability coz a time will come when u just have to hang your boots. Even the great Pele, Maradonna, Zidane among other soccer greats just had to come to a time, when they felt its enough.

Pretend you are Jerry Rice, or drink the elixer from the fountain of youth. Seriously you are going to age whether you like it or not, it's inevitable, but you can do it gracefully. First of all you need to start AND continue to eat right, look into health foods learn to enjoy them. take a multi-vitamin, exercise at LEAST 4 days a week. Stay away from alcohol and drugs cigs etc... maintain a positive attitude, seek happy healthy relationships. Most of all though love God a pray often, it's not a sin to ask him to always keep you healthy and strong. God speed!!!

When you findout let me know! I played in the U.S. and Europe .Im 40 now and just love it....but too old to play on a team.........no over 40 teams where I live. I have to play X Box FIFA world cup 2006 for excitment
