actually the thing is i dont like to get out of office till i finish my days work when i am supposed to leave i just like to sit for continous 8 hours then leave after the office closes

What is he...an environmental freak?

Dismissing you for those reasons shouldn't stand up with a labor board. But, depending on the state, that may only mean you'll get unemployment. You'd have to sue for more.

Chances are he'd claim some other reason as an excuse. Don't work for a person or organization who isn't fair with their employees. Look for something new on your terms, before you have no choice.

1) Is your transportation reliable, is it causing you problems in effectively getting to work on time. If so yes. the problem isn't the ride it is punctuallity.

2) How long are you spending with these breakfast and lunch. Are these breaks in the day where you leave and go home? I don't fully understand

No unless you perform the above duties, during office time. If you infringe on the employers time, then you are definately going to get removed from the job

What? I don't even get that. Most people do both of those things everyday. Why wouldn't an employer want you to drive your own car to work? It's more reliable. Most people eat breakfast in their home before work, and you can do whatever you want on your lunchbreak. It's none of your employer's business.

Truthfully it depends on the state you live in. Nevada allows for the employer or the employee to stop employment at any time for any reason.
